Karstensen Skipsværft and MCS have had a long and good relationship with delivery of IAS systems to more than 60 fishing vessels over the last decade.

Evolution IAS is now contracted for delivery to 9 new purser/trawlers, where the deliveries will take place from now to medio 2027.

Evolution IAS with Interfaces to:

Main Engines, SCR, AUX Engines, Thrusters, PMS, Lights Control, GPS, VDR, Boiler, Level Measurements, Pumps & Valves Control, for integrated automation on the vessels.

Evolution IAS with Extended functionalities:

  • Utility Station who opens for view access to the automation system from office and mobile phones
  • Autoguage V1 level measurement system
  • Automated tank wash system in cooperation with a partner
  • RSW control system
  • Remote assistance with secure connection from our office in Drammen to assist the shipowners in a safe, fast, and economical way
