Danish Offshore Supply awarded major contract to MCS with Evolution IAS for retrofit of 3 offshore vessels

Danish Offshore Supply is serving the offshore industry with custom-built, special purpose ships featuring state-of-the-art equipment. The vessels are designed specifically for the offshore industry.

Marine Control Services (MCS) has vast experience in retrofitting ship-automation systems, which was a key factor for the ship-owner, when awarding the contract to MCS.

MCS delivers Evolution IAS with a high degree of redundancy for integrated automation with alarm, monitoring and control of 2600 signals, tanksounding with Autogauge V1 level measurement system. Power Management System is integrated in Evolution IAS for control and protection of the power plant.

Evolution IAS includes Workstations with customized software for integrated automation in the Wheelhouse and Engine Control Room, dead man system for E0 operation (DNV class) and alarm panels in accommodations.

Remote Assistant are installed on the vessels with secure connection to MCS office in Drammen for assisting the crew onboard in a safe, fast and economical way.
